Purificación García, the iconic Spanish fashion and accessories brand, reopened its boutique, in a larger space of 171 m2, located in Multiplaza Panama, on August 1, 2024.
With three collections, women's, men's and accessories, Purificación García aims to bring her personal vision of fashion closer to the Panamanian public, which she understands as a universal language that must adapt to everyday needs.
The Multiplaza store has been redesigned to reflect the contemporary spirit of Purificación García, where noble materials are combined to create spectacular architecture. The store is the perfect harmony between natural, changing, rough and irregular woods. Lively and organic. On the other hand, touches of ebony and oak contrast with its shiny and polished surfaces, providing an exotic and colorful touch. Additionally, steel complements the space in its texture, as well as the geometry and color palette, creating a unique atmosphere that serves as a reference for Purificación García's designs.
Since the 1980s, Purificación García has created clothes for real women, comfortable but stylish, who follow trends without sacrificing their own image. Her approach is focused on comfort without losing sight of style. In 1998, she launched her proposal for men, seeking comfort without neglecting trends and challenging traditional protocols.
Purificación García believes in versatile designs, stands out for neutral colours and is mainly interested in fabrics, since they are where the authentic innovation of fashion lies. In addition, she understands the accessory as a key piece in her collections, offering a wide variety of options. Her style combines sobriety and rigour with a touch of freshness in her distinctive style.
About Purificación García, the designer
Purificación García, originally from Ourense, Spain, began her career in Montevideo and then explored the world of fashion in Canada and New York before settling in Barcelona in 1978. Since then, she has consolidated her brand both nationally and internationally, expanding her presence with boutiques in several cities around the world. In 1998, she signed an agreement to produce ready-to-wear and accessories lines. Today, her brand has a wide network of stores and points of sale in various countries.
