Policy for the entry of pets or company pets


Multiplaza PH will allow the entry of pets as long as the owners or holders comply with the following parameters:


Remember to follow these recommendations during your visit to Multiplaza , so that we all have a pleasant time at the mall :


1. For your visit, do not forget your pet's cleaning kit and take charge of its routine. This minimum kit must consist of a garbage bag and cleaning towels.


2. Remember, pets are not allowed in the FOOD AREAS on the 3rd floor (food courts, restaurants plazas and cafes) and bathrooms. Adhere to the police code and/or under the regulations of the mall.


3. Entry to the clothing/ retail stores within the shopping center is subject to the internal policies of each brand, that is, it is the brands who decide whether pets can enter the establishments.


4. Dogs are not allowed to use escalators. They may only travel in the elevators.


5. Please note that entering the shopping centre with a pet is your responsibility, therefore, you must take care of any actions or damage that pets cause to the shopping centre, whether owned or caused by third parties . Pets are not allowed in the premises and food areas. Police and coexistence code ART 94 item 4 and ART 117


6. In the event that any person or pet may be harmed by an animal, the owner must assume full responsibility for the costs incurred by the damage occurred.


7. You are not allowed to enter with your pet when it is in estrous period (commonly known as heat).


8. As you have absolute custody and guardianship of your company pet, by entering the shopping centre with it, you exempt and conclude all liability of the latter for any material, physical and/or moral damage that the pet may cause to third parties.


9. The owner or holder will assume the civil, administrative or criminal liability arising from any act of the pet, for its animal ownership; it will immediately hold the shopping center harmless from any claim or chain that is presented for these acts and will reimburse all expenses incurred.


10. The holders or owners must comply with the contents of Law 1801 of 2016 National Code of Police and Coexistence, especially in relation to the obligation to wear a muzzle, leash or strap and the health, hygiene and safety regulations.


11. Company pets may not be left alone or tied at the entrances or areas of the shopping center. The above is excepted for guide dogs that accompany their owner or holder.


12. The pet must comply with the vaccination and health regulations established in Colombian legislation. The holder or owner must always carry the pet vaccination card. This document may be required at any time by the shopping center.


13. Avoid bringing in dangerous breed dogs or animals that you cannot control, especially due to the constant flow of people or other animals.


14. By bringing your pet into the shopping center, you are deemed to have accepted the entry policy established in this document.


15. The shopping center reserves to itself the right to modify or add to this document at any time, in accordance with the policies it considers most appropriate for its operation.


16. In order to guarantee the safety and integrity of its visitors, protect public health and avoid situations of danger or discomfort for people or animals, MULTIPLAZA PH reserves the right to refuse admission if it deems appropriate.


17. Leaving pets or animals inside the vehicle is prohibited.


The owners and their animals will be asked to leave in situations that affect the normal and peaceful stay in the shopping center or when the requirements mentioned in this document are not met.
