Conditions for the provision of parking services

The purpose of this regulation is to establish the conditions for the provision of parking services at the Multiplaza P.H. shopping center, as well as to regulate the rights and obligations of drivers. By leaving your vehicle parked in our facilities, you are accepting, in addition to the regulations on the subject, the following conditions for the provision of the service, which are strictly enforced and apply to all visitors, employees, subscribers, merchants and suppliers who circulate within the Multiplaza Shopping Center parking lot, who must:

1) Have a driver's license issued by the competent authority to carry out the driving activity, as well as the updated Mandatory Traffic Accident Insurance - Soat updated. Enter the parking lot through the system assigned for this by the shopping center. If it is a card, printed ticket, or digital QR code, these are for personal and non-transferable use and should not be shared, either physically or digitally, with a third party. In case of loss of the card, ticket or vehicle keys, the driver must immediately inform the parking office so that the corresponding security measures are taken and go to said office located in the pink zone basement 1 in front of column 1A 45, with the vehicle ownership documents and identification document, fill out the card or ticket replacement form and pay $20,000 for the value of the replacement. Failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will put the security scheme offered by the parking lot at risk.

2) Comply with traffic regulations, turn on the lights when entering or leaving the Parking Lot. Drive with caution and sanity within the parking lot and at a maximum speed of 10 km/hour. Park in reverse. Park only in the areas assigned to the type of vehicle, car, motorcycle zone or bicycle zone, within the lines that frame the respective cell.

3) Report valuable items left inside the vehicle such as jewelry, money, suitcases, radio fronts, personal items, packages, electronic devices or any other object. In the case of motorcycles and bicycles, do not leave helmets, raincoats, or personal items on them. The parking lot is responsible for these items only if they were left in custody and duly registered under the inventory of the Co-ownership.

4) Only the driver may enter the motorcycle zone and upon departure he must provide the motorcycle ownership documents.

5) Cargo vehicles must only circulate on the cargo route marked on the ground with a red line, any damage caused by not following this route will be charged.

6) It is prohibited: To park in places that are not enabled for parking or that are not authorized. That drivers with normal mobility park their vehicles in places designated for drivers with reduced mobility, if this were to happen, no discount will be made for agreements, and access may be restricted in future opportunities. That drivers with gasoline or gas vehicles park in spaces designated for the recharging of electric vehicles. Move preventive signage such as cones, poles or briefcase-type plastic barriers. Perform dangerous actions such as refueling and mechanical repairs or teach driving. Parking spaces cannot be used as depots, neither permanent nor temporary, they are only intended for parking vehicles. Smoking inside the facilities. Driving while intoxicated. People or pets are not allowed in the vehicle. No type of vehicle is allowed to stay overnight. If the vehicle, despite the prohibition, spends the night at the facilities, it will be returned during business hours and the payment will be settled at the time of delivery of the vehicle and no agreement benefits will be applied. The driver or tenant who violates or fails to comply with any of the obligations under his charge or incurs in any prohibited conduct, will lose the right to parking spaces; if it is a user whose vehicle corresponds to a motorcycle or bicycle, he must also return the card to the parking lot, being banned. These sanctions are not exclusive of those other rules regarding improper conduct according to traffic regulations.

7) Before removing your vehicle, you must go to the payment point, either to pay the parking value or validate the service if you are a beneficiary of any of the agreements published in the rate notices. The agreements are not cumulative. Once the parking fee has been paid, the user has 10 minutes to remove his/her vehicle, After this period, it will be necessary to go to the parking office with the vehicle documents to reassign a new ticket and make the payment for the additional stay at the payment point.

8) In case of a claim: the driver must inform the security supervisor and/or parking coordinator about the incident, the incident report form must be completed, which will be investigated and a response will be generated within a period of no more than 15 business days.

9) The parking lot does not assume any responsibility for: Damage to the vehicle caused by third parties on roads inside the parking lot; in this case the driver must come to an agreement with the third party. For damages due to force majeure or fortuitous events such as natural disasters, acts of third parties, riots, terrorist acts or any other event that occurs without the responsibility of the parking lot, for valuable items left inside the vehicle such as jewelry, money, suitcases, radio fronts, personal items, packages, electronic devices or any other object that has not been left in our inventory. However, it is the user's responsibility to activate the vehicle's security elements together with those offered by the Shopping Center for the vehicle's security. The co-ownership does not assume any responsibility for the removal of the vehicle by persons other than its owner, without the latter's authorization and who have entered the vehicle's license plate or have a copy of the digital or physical entry ticket and are used in our payment points, the above, as long as the client has not generated the blockage using the security QR code. For claims made once the vehicle has left the parking facilities and/or the motorcycle or bicycle area.

10) Access to the parking lot will be from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. through access No. 1 and No. 3, in a controlled manner, and from 9:01 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. through any of the four accesses without restriction. After 10:00 p.m., it will be controlled again through access No. 1. These terms and conditions are effective from the date of their publication and repeal any other provision to the contrary.
