This document contains the terms and conditions to which the bicycle parking lot at the MULTIPLAZA P.H shopping center (hereinafter MULTIPLAZA) will be subject.

Participation implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions. All persons who enter the parking lot fully and without reservation accept each and every one of the conditions detailed, since the shopping center has a bicycle parking area at their service, the cost of which is as follows: $10 per minute and a flat rate of $2800 for up to 8 hours. Conditions of use:

1. This parking lot is for the use of visitors.

2. It is not allowed to leave food or components that are not an integral part of the bicycle, such as helmets, lights, odometers or any other accessory, are not allowed on the bicycles. The shopping center is not responsible for these items.

3. It is recommended the use of a locker to store the items mentioned above.

4. Overnight parking of bicycles or stays longer than 12 hours are not permitted. If the bicycle is not removed within the established time, a fine equivalent to 1 day of the SMMLV for each day of overnight parking must be paid at the parking office before removal.

5. When removing the bicycle, the card given at the time of entry must be submitted. The bicycle will be delivered to the same person who left it.

6. In case of loss of the card, the parking office must be immediately informed so that the bicycle can be blocked.

7. The shopping center is not responsible for bicycles whose card has been lost, and whose owner has not reported the loss immediately.

8. In case of loss or damage to the card, it will have a cost of $20,000 and you must go to the parking office with a copy of the ID and bicycle ownership card for its replacement.

9. Any incident within the parking lot must be reported in the incident report form and a response will be generated within a period of no more than 15 business days, after investigation of the event.

10. The parking lot is only responsible for claims made before the bicycle leaves our facilities.
